Sundowner Holiday Park

Newport is part of Hemsby, a very popular holiday area. Everything you need is here: shops, take-aways, bingo and amusements all only a few minutes walk from one of Norfolk's lovely beaches.Sundowner Holiday Park is a lovely select park, beautifully landscaped with the lawned areas around the holiday homes kept well trimmed. The park itself is very quiet with only a few commercial interests, a shop, a few amusements and a launderette, nothing to spoil the tranquillity of this lovely park.

There are lots of places in Newport very conveniently placed for the Sundowner park, nightspots with entertainment, 'Bermudaland' has a superb Cabaret Clubhouse and swimming pool available at reasonable charges. There are other nightspots in Newport which will welcome you often without a membership charge, and of course Beach Road, Hemsby isn't too far away.

Both Sunray and Excelsior holiday homes have the following features

• Fully double glazed
• Fully furnished and equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, blankets, pillows etc.
• All chalets have duvets for all beds
• Fitted carpets through lounge and both bedrooms
• Electricity is by £1 coin meter

New for 2012, a duvet cover, bottom sheet and pillow cases will be supplied for each bed being used (does not apply to the bed settee)

Our holiday homes at Sundowner are at a special price for four persons. The Sunray will sleep up to six people. Extra guests £10 per person per week.

Accommodation
Superior bedroom holiday homes. Comfortable lounge with colour TV and DVD player, double bed settee, easy chairs, dining suite, coffee table and electric heating. One bedroom with a double bed and one twin bedded (we have one 'Sunray' chalet with two double bedrooms) both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and upright vacuum cleaner. Bathroom with full size bath, washbasin and flush toilet and an electric shower over the bath) We now have one "Sunray" which has a brand new bathroom with a larger shower cubicle but no bath, this is the chalet with two double bedrooms. Hot water by immersion heater. All our chalets ar quietly situated, yet handily placed to enjoy the many attractions of this lovely holiday area.

Excelsior - 2 bedroom, sleeping 4 - A terms (less £10). Pets Welcome

Accommodation
Compact detached chalet for the smaller family. One bedroom with a double bed and the other with single bunk beds. Wardrobes in both bedrooms. lounge with wide-screen colour T.V. with Freeview and DVD player, settee (not bed settee) and easy chair, dining table and chairs, coffee table and large electric fire. Kitchen area has electric cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and upright vacuum cleaner. Hot water by water heaters. Electric shower, washbasin, separate flush toilet, fitted carpets in lounge and bedrooms.

Discounts for just 2 persons: on all dates between July 7th and Sept 1st there is a £20 discount for just 2 persons.  Pets:-  maximum 2 dogs please, small to medium breed during school holiday periods, £10 per pet per week or short-break holiday.
