Three very attractive terraced cottages of residential quality just a short walk from the seafront or Yarmouth's market place and shopping centre. The cottages are similar in many of their features. All have some UPVC double glazing. There is an open plan lounge/dining area and stairs leading from the dining area to the bedrooms (being terraced cottages the staircases are a little steeper than normal and may not suit persons who cannot walk very well).
Comfortable lounge with three piece suite, dining suite, coffee table, widescreen colour T.V . with Freeview and DVD player. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Iron and ironing board, upright vacuum cleaner. Hot water by immersion heater. In “Sunny Cottage” the bathroom is upstairs (bathroom is reached via the smaller bedroom) also has an outside toilet, in the other cottages the bathroom is downstairs. Sleeping two upstairs double bedrooms plus a folding Z bed which can be used upstairs or down, ample wardrobe space and a duvet & cover for each bed.
Heating is by electricity and there are at least two convector heaters in each cottage, wall-fire in bathroom. Large nightstore heater in the lounge available at an extra cost of £7 per week. Fitted carpets. Fully

car in all cottages
