Fitted carpets throughout lounge and bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Immersion heater for constant hot water. Bathroom with electric shower over full size bath, washbasin and toilet. Lounge/kitchen has electric fire, fan heater in each bedroom, nightstore heater in lounge and two bedrooms (£12 extra charge please order in advance of your holiday) Pets welcome at £10 each small to medium breeds only please.

Two large bedrooms, one with a 5ft double bed, the other a 4ft 6" double and a 3ft single bed, all beds have a duvet and cover. Z bed for 6th person can be supplied if required. Bathroom with bath and washbasin, electric shower over the bath, separate flush toilet. Hot water by immersion heater.

Heating: Lounge has electric heater and a large nightstore heater, electric wall heaters in kitchen, bathroom and both bedrooms. Double bedroom also has a nightstore heater (£10 per week for nightstore heaters).
