Julie's Cottage, Sunny Cottage & Little Nell - sleeping 4-5 - E terms

Situated in the centre of Great Yarmouth between the Seafront and the Market Place (close to Sainsbury's). These attractive cottages are an ideal location for guests without their own transport.

Three very attractive terraced cottages of residential quality just a short walk from the seafront or Yarmouth's market place and shopping centre. The cottages are similar in many of their features. All have UPVC double glazing. There is an open plan lounge/dining area and stairs leading from the dining area to the bedrooms (being terraced cottages the staircases are a little steeper than normal and may not suit persons who cannot walk very well).

Comfortable lounge with three piece suite, dining suite, coffee table, widescreen colour television with 'Freeview' and DVD player. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Iron and ironing board, upright vacuum cleaner. Hot water by immersion heater. Bathroom with full size bath, washbasin and flush toilet, "Julie's Cottage" & "Sunny Cottage" have an electric shower over the bath, "Little Nell" has a separate shower cubicle with electric shower.

In 'Sunny Cottage' the bathroom is upstairs (bathroom is reached via the smaller bedroom) also has an outside toilet, in the other cottages the bathroom is downstairs. Sleeping: two upstairs double bedrooms plus a folding Z bed which can be used upstairs or down, ample wardrobe space and a duvet & cover for each bed.

Heating is by electricity and there are at least two convector or halogen heaters in each cottage, wall-fire in bathroom. Large nightstore heater in the lounge available at an extra cost of £7 per week. Fitted carpets. Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking untensils etc. Off road parking for one car in all cottages. Electricity by £1 coin meter. You will need to bring or hire your bed linen in all these properties.

Pets Welcome £10 per week, one dog only please, small to medium breeds.
