California Sands
Located on California Road not far from one of Norfolk's finest beaches. Approx. 4.5 miles North of Great Yarmouth. Family entertainment - Club Oasis and Dutchy's Tavern on top of all the organized fun you'll find amusements with latest video games, and 3/4 size bowling alley. A supermarket and gift shop, launderette, restaurant, fish & chips, Just some of the amenities. There's a bus stop at the park entrance and ample free parking. Great Yarmouth is just a 10 minute car ride and the fine city of Norwich about 20 miles. The park is very handy for the Norfolk Broads (six miles) and all the other varied attractions of this superb holiday location.

'Miami Beach' Chalets - 2 bedroom, sleeping 4-6 - B terms
Accommodation
Comfortable lounge with double bed settee, easy chairs, dining suite, coffee table, colour television, electric heating. Some chalets have a normal settee and do not have a bed settee with accommodation for 4 or 5 persons only.
Sleeping arrangements: Usually one bedroom with a double bed and the second with twin beds, however we have some chalets with single bunk beds in the second bedroom also one chalet with a 'Futon bed' a single above a double type bunk bed arrangement. Large fitted wardrobes, beds supplied with duvets but you will need to bring or hire duvet cover, bottom sheet and pillow cases for each bed being used.
Bathroom with full size bath, washbasin and flush toilet. Most chalets have electric shower over the bath (2 or 3 bedroom types) just one two bedroom chalet with walk in shower cubicle and no bath. Kitchen area with full sized cooker, microwave, fridge, or fridge/freezer, kettle, iron, and vacuum cleaner. Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Electricity is supplied by £1 coin meter.
Three bedroom, sleeping 7 E terms
Ideal for the larger family, specifications similar to the 'Miami' two bedroom holiday homes but considerably bigger, Sleeping arrangements: One double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. Single beds can be moved together if required. Extra equipment and furniture etc. to accommodate seven persons.
Entertainment
Club Oasis opens early March, weekends only, then usually (depending on demand) fulltime from April 1 to October 31. Entertainment programme for Easter, April 2-10 and Main Season, May 29 to September 26. Less entertainment at other times mainly at weekends. Children's entertainment for Easter, Spring Bank Holiday and July 24 to early Sept. Less children's activities at other times. Try 'Big Fellas' in 'Club Oasis' for delicious meals and take-aways and a superb Sunday Carvery. Visit 'Dutchy's Tavern' on Sunbeach, another venue free to all, great drinks, bar-meals, 8ft TV screen for super sports action, entertainment most weekends (full time entertainment during children's school holiday dates) Open March to late October.

*Heated swimming pool is free to use for Blue Riband guests staying at California Sands/Sunbeach. The pool will be available from Good Friday April 2nd through to October 30th (barring an unavoidable problem). Early and late season may have shorter opening hours each day.
